Seminar on International Law and Cultural Heritage with prof. Catharine Titi

On Tuesday the 20th of February at 15h (until 17h30) (Meeting Room Liberty Campus Aula UGent), GRILI will hold a seminar with prof. Catharine Titi, author of the book "The Parthenon Marbles and International Law"? During the seminar Catharine will present her new book and enter into discussion with some of our own (Belgian) colleagues: Amber Gardeyn (Legal History Institute, UGent) and Mathias Desmet (IRCP, Ugent) from our own faculty and Emma Dhondt (Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, KU Leuven). Our colleagues will of course also present on a related aspect of their own research related to cultural heritage. These presentations will be followed by a discussion and opportunity for Q&A with the panel.

The seminar is free to attend and some refreshments will be made available, though registration is required via  email to Kristien Ballegeer (kristien.ballegeer@ugent.be).
